I am an Iowa farm girl, raised in a great family with 2 sisters who are my best friends.
I have been married to my husband for 10 years now. We have packed a lot in to those years! We've lived in 6 different homes during that time, in 4 different states. We currently call Lincoln, Nebraska home.
I have four beautiful girls. Yes, four girls. We love it.
We homeschool. We attempt to follow the classical model, but also have sympathies for Charlotte Mason. I believe that we are learning all the time, by reading a lot of books and walking through life together.
I believe my highest calling is to be a wife and mother. I love to create a warm home. That involves a love for cooking, baking, decorating, organizing, and cleaning. The only thing I really don't like to do for my family and our home is laundry.
Whatever I do, I do it to the absolute best of my ability. All through the power and for the glory of God. That is an abundant life.
