I spent much of today planning for the week ahead. The happiness and effectiveness of our days depends in large part on the preparation put in to it. I simply cannot fly by the seat of my pants for meals, laundry, school, and keeping the house and family running. It all begins with me. The mental energy and heart attitude I put in to setting the tone is worth it.
